Realise Predictive Dialler utilizes a stochastic algorithm to deliver calls into the call centre in an optimal pattern maximizing agent efficiency and minimizing abandoned calls. This was designed and tested using Realise Call Simulation the latest technology available.
The primary control variables of the optimization algorithm are:
1) The user configuration for acceptable abandoned calls (called the abandoned call ratio).
This is the percentage of acceptable lost calls proportional to total answered calls.
2) The number of currently available agents.
3) The number of agents predicted to be available given the mean delivery interval and a
probability analysis that determines the likelihood that an agent will be available. The
available agent prediction is based upon accumulated history of the work group (i.e.
recent mean talk and wrap up times).
4) A risk factor based upon the number of abandoned calls allowed by the abandoned call
ratio versus the number of calls actually abandoned so far.
5) After evaluating all the factors the system finds the optimal risk solution and delegates
jobs to diallers in real time. This algorithm provides excellent optimization of the call
center workflow with a low risk of exceeding the abandoned call ratio at any time.
