The Realise predictive dialer includes call
blending that allows for agents with the same skill
set to receive inbound calls from ACD and computer
telephony applications, while still receiving outbound
calls from our predictive dialer.
Using the CTI Controller middleware Realise integrates
with the PBX and monitors statuses such as inbound
call, outbound call, off hook and other telephony
events.
The algorithm adjusts to status changes and the
Realise predictive dialer avoids any glitch effect.
Supervisor activity screens and reports categorise
inbound calls separate from predictive dialer calls.
Advantage: Most predictive
dialers do not coexist with existing ACDs, Realise
using the CTI Controller is fully integrated.
