The Realise Predictive Dialer is a world class computer
telephony software that will dramatically increase
your outbound call center productivity and revenue.
We can have your agents speaking to live contacts
over 80% of the time while achieving low abandoned
call percentages, all within new telemarketing guidelines.
The Realise Script Manager has a BUI (browser user
interface) that allows call center agents to navigate
through business applications using a standard web
browser such as Microsoft’s Explorer or Netscape’s
Navigator. Realise provides information gathered
from legacy systems and relational databases. The
Realise Script Manager is based on open standards
such as HTML, JAVA and Java script.
Realise utilizes a stochastic algorithm
to deliver calls into the call center in an optimal
patten, which produces more contacts and increases
agent talk time while keeping abandoned call levels
just under the threshold which was set for each
campaign.
The algorithm was designed using Massive Call Simulation,
we provide this tool with each system so that our
customers can calculate the resources required for
their campaigns
The Realise Telephony Server is a Windows based
standalone platform that uses Dialogic interfaces
to provide full telephony and predictive dialing
capability, with Active Bridging the call transfer
is almost instantaneous.

The agent only needs to log in from any browser
and the application will know where they are working
from. The supervisor will be able to view the actual
extension for each agent using the real time screens.

The Realise Predictive dialer includes the call
blending module which automatically places the
agent extension in the Not Ready state whenever
they are on a non related telephone call. The algorithm
will adjust accordingly.

The Realise Soft Dialer
connects to the PBX over the LAN and sends call
control commands including make call, transfer call
and clear call. Realise works without voice boards
or T-1 / E-1 PBX interfaces.
The dialers use virtual extensions in the PBX, which
allocates resources on demand. This is a great benefit
compared to hardware based dialers.
Besides the obvious cost benefit in saving on hardware
other reasons for using a soft dialer are the superior
answering machine detection and increased MTBF.

The Realise system comes with HTML and Windows based
real time screens that enable the supervisor to
view agent, campaign and dialler activity in real
time.

Realise comes with various reports that are separated
into three principal categories which are campaign,
agent and dialer. Crystal reports is already integrated
with the MySQL database which permits our customers
to design and generate their own reports.

Realise systems are web enabled, using SSH and VNC
remote access we continously update our installed
based with new features. Unlimited supervisors may
access the system from their browser to modify system
parameters, manage campaigns, view real time activity
or generate reports.
